Greeter / Welcome Desk
Be the friendly face that welcomes guests, answers questions, and directs visitors to key areas.
Auction Support
Help monitor silent auction items, assist bidders with questions, and support the checkout process.
Tree Guide
Monitor the decorated tree displays, guide guest flow, and help protect the beautiful creations.
Ticket Sales / Raffle
Sell admission and raffle tickets, handle payments, and share excitement about our prizes.
Setup Crew
Help arrange trees, set up tables and decorations, and prepare the venue before the festival opens.
Breakdown Crew
Pack up after the event, help auction winners claim their items, and restore the venue.

Volunteer FAQ
What's the minimum age to volunteer?
Volunteers must be at least 16 years old. Those under 18 must volunteer alongside a parent or guardian.
How long are volunteer shifts?
Most shifts are approximately 4 hours. We try to be flexible with scheduling to accommodate your availability.
Do I need any special training?
No prior experience is necessary! We'll provide all the training you need before your shift begins.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. You'll receive a volunteer t-shirt to wear during your shift.
Can I volunteer with a group?
Absolutely! We welcome families, church groups, scout troops, and other organizations. Contact us to arrange group volunteering.
Will I receive community service hours?
Yes! We provide a community service hours letter upon request after you complete your volunteer shift.
